• Heavy Equipment: For large items (snow blowers), someone must be present to receive the delivery. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery area is accessible for freight trucks.

Snow blowers are powerful machines. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

• You will read and follow the manufacturer’s owner’s manual before operation.

• You are responsible for the safe operation of the equipment.

• Snow Blower Shop is not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from the misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized modification of equipment.

6. Warranty

Most new equipment sold by Snow Blower Shop comes with a Manufacturer’s Warranty.

• Snow Blower Shop does not provide an additional “in-house” warranty unless explicitly stated in writing.

• Warranty claims must be handled through authorized service centers for the respective brand (e.g., Ariens, Toro, Husqvarna, etc.). We can assist you in locating a local service center in your area.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snow Blower Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Returns and Refunds

Your purchase is subject to our Refund and Returns Policy, which can be found here. As noted in that policy, gasoline-powered equipment cannot be returned once fuel or oil has been added.
